Coast Guard Establishes Permanent Safety Zones for Annual Marine Events in Southeastern New England

The Coast Guard is modifying local regulations and setting up permanent safety zones within the Coast Guard Southeastern New England Captain of the Port Zone to accommodate annually recurring marine events.
