Department of Homeland Security Publishes Updated System of Records for Automated Targeting System

The Department of Homeland Security is updating its Automated Targeting System (ATS) records and publishing a proposed rule to clarify exemptions under the Privacy Act of 1974, a federal law that regulates the collection and use of personal data.
