Coast Guard to Enforce Safety Zones for Billy Bowlegs Pirate Festival in Santa Rosa Sound, Ft. Walton Beach, FL

The U.S. Coast Guard will restrict access to the Santa Rosa Sound in Ft. Walton Beach, FL on June 1 and June 2, 2012, to ensure the safety of participants and spectators at the Billy Bowlegs Pirate Festival, and to regulate vessel traffic during the event.
