Coast Guard Establishes Safety Zones for OPSAIL 2012 Connecticut

The U.S. Coast Guard is setting up temporary safety zones along the Thames River in New London, Connecticut, to ensure the safety of people and naval vessels during the OPSAIL 2012 Connecticut event.
