OPSAIL 2012 Virginia, Port of Hampton Roads, VA

The Coast Guard is establishing temporary regulations in the Port of Hampton Roads, Virginia for Operation Sail (OPSAIL) 2012 Virginia activities. This regulation is necessary to provide for the safety of life on navigable waters before, during, and after OPSAIL 2012 Virginia events. This action is intended to restrict vessel traffic movement in portions of Chesapeake Bay, Hampton Roads, the James River and Elizabeth River.
