U.S. Coast Guard Corrects Final Rule on Ships' Ballast Water Discharge Standards

The U.S. Coast Guard is revising a rule regarding living organisms in ships' ballast water discharged in U.S. waters, correcting six technical errors that were published in the Federal Register in 2012.
