DOJ's ATF Submits Information Collection Request for NFA Firearms to OMB for Review and Approval

The Department of Justice's Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is seeking public comments on a proposed information collection to transport and temporarily export National Firearms Act (NFA) firearms, following a previous publication in the Federal Register in 2014.
