Department of Justice Proposes Amendment to Debt Collection Enforcement System

The Department of Justice is proposing to add a new routine use to its Debt Collection Enforcement System, a department-wide system of records, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974 and Office of Management and Budget Circular A-130.
