DEA Proposes 2015 Aggregate Production Quotas for Three Synthetic Cannabinoids

The Drug Enforcement Administration has proposed 2015 aggregate production quotas for three synthetic cannabinoids, requiring manufacturers to register and obtain quotas to produce these substances after January 30, 2015, in order to temporarily place them in Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act.
