DOJ Submits Information Collection Request for COPS Extension Request Form

The Department of Justice (DOJ) is requesting review and approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for a revision of a previously approved information collection, specifically the COPS Extension Request Form, as part of the Agency Information Collection Activities. This submission is in line with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
