US Parole Commission Proposes Changes to Parole Rules for DC Code Offenses Committed Before 1985

The US Parole Commission is proposing to revise its rules for determining parole suitability for prisoners serving sentences under the DC Code who committed their offense before March 3, 1985, and will apply the former DC Board of Parole regulations from before that date
